01About these terms

These terms apply to use of our website. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent that they are valid and enforceable under applicable law. Where the law requires particular notice or express agreement, that requirement still applies.

Purchases are also subject to the applicable purchase terms and the shipping, payment, and return information disclosed before you place an order. These Terms of Use do not replace those disclosures or change an existing order agreement.

02Eligibility & accounts

To place an order, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase agreement under the law that applies to you, or act with appropriate authorization from a parent, guardian, or other authorized person.

If you use an available customer account, provide accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials private. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access or need help correcting account information. You must not impersonate another person or use their account or payment details without permission.

You may use our website to browse, shop, and communicate with us lawfully. You must not:

You may view the website and save or print relevant pages for your personal shopping records. Unless you have permission from the relevant rights holder or a legal exception applies, you may not reproduce our content for commercial distribution, present our branding as your own, or imply an endorsement by Pelvori.

Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of your own content to us or limits rights available under applicable copyright law.

05Product details & images

Review the individual product description, selected finish, size, dimensions, and any care information before ordering. Materials and available options can differ between products; information about one item does not automatically apply to another.

Photographs may show jewelry larger than its actual size, and lighting or screen settings can affect how colors and finishes appear. Use the stated dimensions and product description when assessing an item. Contact us if a detail is unclear.

These display considerations do not remove our responsibility to supply products that match their description or your legal remedies if an item is faulty or misdescribed.

06Shopping & purchase information

Before submitting an order, review the selected item and options, currency, price, delivery information, and any taxes or other charges shown at checkout. Our applicable purchase terms and published Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and payment information provide the relevant order conditions.

If information is missing or unclear, email service@pelvori.com before purchasing. These Terms of Use do not create an additional fee, subscription, or recurring purchase simply because you browse our website.

We may correct website errors. If a correction affects an order you have already placed, we will communicate with you and handle the matter in accordance with the order agreement and applicable law. Later website changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order.

07Privacy & marketing choices

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed, and the choices available to you. Please review it through the store’s policy links or contact us for assistance.

Acceptance of these Terms of Use does not, by itself, constitute consent to optional advertising cookies or marketing messages. Where consent is required, it must be obtained through the applicable consent process. You can use available privacy controls, email unsubscribe links, or our customer care email to exercise the relevant choices.

09Feedback & honest reviews

You are welcome to share honest feedback about your experience. We do not prohibit or penalize honest reviews, including negative reviews.

You retain ownership of feedback you create. If you submit a review for publication through a review feature we provide, you give us a nonexclusive permission to display it and make technical formatting changes needed for that feature, subject to applicable privacy rights. This does not transfer your intellectual property rights or permit unrelated use of your identity.

Reviews may be moderated for private information, unlawful or harassing content, irrelevant material, or statements that are clearly false. Disagreement with a customer’s opinion is not, by itself, a reason to remove a review.

10Availability & security

Website features may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, or events outside our reasonable control. We do not promise uninterrupted access.

11Consumer rights & disputes

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights, statutory warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes applicable rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods and liability for fraud or other matters protected by law.

If a concern arises, contact service@pelvori.com with the relevant details. We welcome the opportunity to address it. Contacting us is not a condition for exercising a legal right or filing a complaint with a competent authority.

These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive access to a court or consumer protection authority where you have that right. Applicable law determines your rights and the proper forum for a dispute. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to website features or legal requirements. The current version will show its updated date, and we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where the law requires it.

Changes apply prospectively. They do not reduce rights already accrued or change the terms of an order already accepted. Keep a copy of the terms and order information relevant to your purchase.
