Orders & delivery
For help with an order, email us with your order number, if available, the email address used at checkout, and a brief description of your question. For a delivery enquiry, include the tracking reference if you have one.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will check what can be done at its current fulfillment stage. If a parcel is delayed, missing, or marked delivered but has not arrived, let us know so we can investigate.
Returns, exchanges & item issues
To request a return or exchange, tell us your order number, the item concerned, and the resolution you would prefer. Our return-request window is 180 days from delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Return Policy.
After receiving the returned item, we process the refund or arrange the exchange within 3–7 days. This is our processing period after receipt; bank posting time and replacement delivery are separate.
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or appears faulty, describe the issue. Photographs of the item and packaging can help where practical.
Contact us for the appropriate instructions and return address before sending a parcel. The company’s business address above is not automatically the return address for your order.
Product & care questions
Ask us about ring sizing, stone details, plated finishes, dimensions, or care for a particular piece. Include the product name or website link and the option you are considering so we can understand your enquiry.
If you are choosing a gift or comparing pieces, tell us what you are looking for. Review the individual product description for its materials and available options before placing an order.
